Gisela’s journey began more than 16 years ago. At first it was quite intimidating, but being surrounded every day by almost 2,000 bottles of all kinds of spirits made her fall in love with each category in a very special way. Hearing the stories, learning their production methods and all the work and people behind each glass of whiskey or brandy, and even better, getting to try such special and rare bottles; knowing that time cannot be rushed created a reverence for the golden liquid.

Gisela had the privilege of working for some of New York's finest and most iconic spirits venues, and meeting key industry personalities that have allowed her to gain great insights. In addition, she made sure to continue her education through The Council of Whiskey Masters, WSET and the Bureau National Interprofessionnel De L' Armagnac, among others.

Today, after more than 16 years of experience as New York's first female spirits specialist, she is pleased to offer you all her knowledge and passion for spirits.
